Also, the Rich transformation is odd. He was legit a disc jockey and made fun of sportos in the prime of Toucher and Rich. Now he’s become a sporto, but it’s clear he knows nothing about sports. I love him asking Ted earlier this week what it was like when Brady was named official starter over Bledsoe. Like we haven’t heard that story 10,000 times before. Way to keep it fresh.
There is a whole lot to unpack but after sweeping an equally awful team, we get embarrassed by the twins, again and the players I had high hopes for, haven't met the standard, cough duran cough. I will say Contreras has been a surprise, he seems to fit into the Boston mold quite well and I do not think his "collision" at home plate was worthy of bench clearing. I always got the feeling Bill was kind of an ass behind the scenes, I am not surprised he was talking shit about someone but, you are right, terrible apology, no accountability and I don't know how a grown man cannot see how in the wrong he was.
I also didn't peg you for 46, maybe the baldness helps but, I would have guess closer to 40 but, can never tell nowadays.
