I spent a lot of my youth at LeLacheur Park growing up in Lowell, glad to hear it's still there and thriving. Maybe I'll go back, if I can handle being in Lowell for any period of time.
Fuck John Henry and Sam Kennedy and Craig Breslow. Embarrassing is understatement, Duran has not lived up to expectations, Wilyer is great on defense but every time I see his stats I'm like, really only that many. Contreras is the only bright spot on offense, and we suck so bad we're going to lose one of the best closers in the game, who is having some of the best years in his career FFS. I was like 4, when the Red Sox sucked this much and of course, I do not remember. I think 2012 was the worst season I've seen in my life. Rafaela has more downs then up but, the defense! Ugh, fucking pitching is a joke, idk why we were propping up Bello as the next Martinez. I have no words with that one. Roman only being what 21 or 22, and having back problems is a huge concern, like major. Back injuries end careers. Idk why we have 3 catchers, I really think Wong could be good if they would stay consistent with him but, idk he slumps so badly I get it, but when he is on, he is great IMO. Maybe just maybe after this year Dustin will return to the organization but, if John Henry still owns it (and he will) I don't know. We need leadership, and more than one person who can hit home runs and get on base. So many other things and I'm a 49ers fan, my sports life is kind of suck right now lol

Yes...but the silver lining being that, although I've found him questionable at times, Jermaine Wiggins confirmed he is a shoo-in for the Marconi award for Most Non-Ethical Sports Personality 2027...what he on-air termed a "white lie", he said he would do for his kids. Not just shading the truth to their advantage, but undertaking a coordinated scheme to provide fraudulent, doctored receipts, and teaching their little mini'Swiches that expediting such deceit justifies the means after they broke the rule in the first place...Wiggy was all like "yup...I would do that"...yikes
The superintendent is the villain in the Ipswich story. Not only a villain but a dirty rotten bastard for not explaining his decision. What an absolute chicken bleep move. He’s trying to ride this out till the summer and it blows over but if I was one of the parents I’d make it my life’s mission to get that guy fired. Sorry, not sorry. You only do high school once, you only get to do sports for a short span of time, denying them a shot at a championship is petty and makes him look like a grade A bunghole. Just my opinion
