Agreed on that 'EEI 2-6 slot...not that they need Ted Johnson to highlight what post-broadcast swirlie-fodder twerps Fitzy and Andy are, but the hero-worship, hanging on his every Pats-related word, and the psuedo-submissive jokes about how careful they need to be to not piss him off, because he is the 'biggest guy in the booth" (no shit) have led to me tuning into F&M regularly, not just flipping over during commercial breaks. Sorry, but those two have such a handle on their identities, and Andy's ham-handed efforts at being part-time Alpha dog (to be deferred about an hour after the start of the show with the arrival of "The Big Guy") is clunky, with Fitzy chiming in just to let you know he's still there...it's so temporary with it's generic name which fails to mention anyone specifically, and no specific personality...Ted is the most entertaining, but maybe only because of his good-natured self-deprecating nature, talking tongue-in-cheek about baseball, hockey, etc, as though he recognizes that he doesn't necessarily know any more than the listener (Unlike Jermaine W., who gonna die on that hill even if he don't know what he's talking about). OK, well, Happy Forth, sorry they're taxing your pretty ponies, kisses - take care. JTD
Happy Independence Day Mutt! Loved listening to you and the Big O…we miss that guy in this market. I think he was spot on with his analysis as usual and we need more Big O! We need him to unretire
p.s. Ordway looks healthier than he did 10 years ago...must be not having to work with Sheppard...
