Belichick was given a gift from god that his best player was his most coachable player. He was able to beat on players because Brady took open shots and handled it like a pro. The key for Bill is to get his best player to drink the Kool-Aid.

Great point....and also stay for four years and not transfer for NIL money!

Put all the Shrute bucks on that team from South Carolina. Beat the bag out of my poor Wamps. That team is loaded!!

Congrats on the new gig. I look forward to adding UCONN sports as my “niche” character for my nonexistent trivia team.

Curtis was sensitive, too. Whoever the bearded producer was, he got under Curtis’s skin big-time when mentioning his past.

As for Hart, he seems to be getting an ego now that Ted Johnson seems to give him first whiff of the jock, so that whole thing tracks. When I listen to their show it is becoming increasingly obvious they’re trying to freeze out Fitzy, so I’m guessing Hart and Johnson have been told they’re carrying things and will be kept around. Fitzy sounds wounded.

That said, Johnson is still terrible.

100%. Even if ihe's not been told anything, Nick is not an idiot. If we can hear the boxout , so can he. Tough spot.

So with your radio history, why are they always making these changes? Who is OKing them? Do they have no pulse on what the audience likes? If they’re seeing numbers draw down are there at least on-demand/podcast numbers that are out there that can validate things? Or are they going to keep Ted and Andy because they will kiss the rings of Kraft?

I think Mike T likes Andy and Ted. That's a big part of it.

And I don't know if there is a budget to get a bigger name

If you watch the show at all Fitzy is constantly on his phone when other people are speaking. He does this at home or in-studio all the time. Tough to take your co-host seriously when he’s not listening.

Ted Johnson is never listening and what he says proves it. I would never be one to defend Fitzy because he stinks but hosts are on their phones for any number of reasons, including topics, social media content, stories, anything. This action doesn’t show me disinterest.

He does struggle to listen and Hart has to repeat. Something other WEEI hosts have noticed

Valid, valid point. Heard some Fitzy stuff yesterday that might have to be a topic next week.

I’m going to root for Bill. He’s the greatest coach the Patriots have ever or will ever have. Yes, Brady was the key to his success, but like someone else said he was not only the best player but was the most coachable, for almost 20 years he drank the kool-aid and that’s amazing and a credit to Bill. Is he a dink? Sure. But I’m not trying to be his buddy, I just want to win.

Jared is very sensitive when people point out that he gets checks from NESN. The Google me line was not the best, but Carrabis playing the “I didn’t hear what was said but I’m tired of the same lazy take” card was just as bad. Coming on a show because they hurt your feelings with something you didn’t hear is weird.

Carabis does a great job of being the 21st Century Ordway riding the fence of reporter/superfan duty.

I love Jared. I don't love wrestling, but I'm a huge Carrabis fan and supporter.

This was the one I didn't get in my email, but I am excited about a daily podcast. I will be honest I don't know shit about UConn, except the girls' basketball team winning 100 games in a row, maybe? I don't follow basketball and know even less about college but, if it involves you, looks like I am going to learn some things.

Every football "statue" I have ever seen all look like.... Shit, like, who do they commission for these, my profile picture is better and that one is older.

Good looks, can't wait for the podcast.
