Mut, you know damn well that Belichick was curt and dismissive in his conference calls because he wasn’t going to take baiting questions just to give the media a sound bite. When he was asked football strategy or positional questions, he was always expansive and enlightening with his answers.

When he does media opportunities of his choosing, that’s when you get the best stuff. It’s like him choosing to wear the boring gray sweatshirt because the NFL forced him to wear Reebok branded apparel, when he would’ve gladly worn a suit on the sidelines.

Thank you Mut for sharing my concern with the lack of a belt. Anybody who wears a suit should know, you always wear a belt and you match it with either socks or shoes. Definitely embarrassing. Idk anything about college football, so I can't say much but Bill struggled with his draft picks, how good is his judgement?

At this point WEEI needs a complete overhaul. Idk if they realize, it's sports talk radio, I WANT SOME FUCKING SPORTS TALK. Like jesus.

I also love the lack of Red Sox notes, last night was amazing but that will most likely be the highlight of our year.

Looking at game tickets, not even yankee seats, and its outrageous like, how can you charge so much for a substandard team that has failed to impress since 2021. Insanity.

Good weekend

Belichik was short and calculating with the local media but to conclude from that he would suck is short sighted. His work on NFL network 100 was incredible as were many appearances over the years with Chris Berman, Scott Zolak, behind the scenes projects like Do your Job all excellent. His game knowledge is unparalleled and ability to explain and teach us fantastic!

Always sucks when people lose their jobs. Kadlick was the news aggregator/transcriber for WEEI and while it might not have been the hardest hitting work it was still more valuable than what some of the on air staff adds to that station. With Hart already writing for the station as the “football” guy, this position always seemed duplicated since the Khari Thompson days.

Great job again Mike ! As a father of 2 athletes I found out the hard way that being a Dad that spent the car ride home breaking down the play of my kids was Not the most beneficial tact. Kids will tune out their parents because they can and it becomes a negative reinforcement even though at the time you think that you are helping ! I quickly learned to allow other parents/ adults coach my kids and give them the criticism or support they needed. I was just there as a sounding board Good luck with your kids , it’s Not easy.
