Heard they had another horse racing meeting with the town selectmen in Gardner and Winchendon, not quite sure what happened. Something to keep an eye on.
Yeah...I was concerned a few years ago when the parade started up after COVID that Rick might decide that "This Old Heart Of Mine" should retire, and when he did come back, the "Lavalettes" did a lot of dancing, but he was relegated to his wicker throne...but what he has lost in dexterity, he makes up for in love of our community. Dude loves Chelmsford, I've seen him at the packie, lives and loves Rod and bringing him to the Merrimack Valley.
He, and the veterans who walk, deserve all our applause and more. It keeps the guy going...God Bless Rick L.!
