Unfortunate, because I happen to think Andolini has some of the more succinct takes on there, Adam is so focused on psychoanalyzing every single thing anyone in the industry says into a mic in the most negative way possible, so that keeps him busy...keep it up, Mut. I am surprised EEI has that high of ratting, what a bore nowadays. I miss the good old days but alas, they won't be back. interested to see how they draft, never one of Bill's strengths
I will never listen to the frauds from 2-6 on 985. Call me principled but I have no time for Felger who stole from Will and Glenn or Mazz who will say anything for $ and need to learn how to breathe while speaking.
Weei is unlistenable on the weekends at this point unless you like baseball. At least 985 has a closet full of random people I’ve never heard before and Mark Dondero who are mildly interesting at times. The one trick ponies on both stations are glaring though. Ted Johnson, Fitzy or Kadlick talking anything other than football is a hard pass.
I’m sure the morning show brings in all the ad money, but they must cost a lot considering the amount of staff they have. Through some of their conversations on air and me suffering through The Lead segment has made me certain that there’s hardly any show prep that exists.
The Station Director seems to be traveling a lot as well. Not sure what he’s adding to the station.
I’ve only heard the clips of Krafts BioPic from the sports media reporting on it as much as possible. I’m assuming most of them also enjoyed the off the record Coaching Staff Cocktail Hour.
That cartoon of you, Kirk and Jeff watching the Huskies is great! Lol!
On Mac Jones, I agree, he was never given a fair shake here and I believe if he goes to a team with a good OC (say Josh M.) and has NFL level WRs on the team he can be very good. Not great but very good. He won a national title with Alabama, why not a Super Bowl if given a chance. I actually disliked the 2023 Patriots. It felt like 1990 again. And these dopes that are in charge now….they’re not going to get the job done. Mayo will be gone by 2026. Book it!
Lastly, you need your own podcast Mutman…you’re awesome on KMS, with the right guests and producer you could have something going. Don’t listen to Kirk, you’re a talented guy who did better ratings than Rich Queaf! You can do it!
